Rooftop Restaurant Planned Within 35′ Height Limit

The Venice Avenue building owners have big plans for their property, but they don’t exceed the current 35′ building height limit. The design seems to fit with the surrounding aesthetics as well and will be a welcome addition to the avenue. Maybe someone should tell the city council members that we don’t have to grow taller to modernize.
